Local Chapter 2 is the oldest surviving group of policyholders in the Germania family. Chapter # 1 was disbanded several years ago due to the retirement of the agent. We are proud of our heritage with Germania Insurance, a heritage of helping one another with the protection of their assets.

The first President of Germania, Mr. Otto Rau, was so involved in his community that he founded our agency's parent company, Texas First State Bank on July 25, 1906 in Riesel, Texas; and served as President of the both companies until his death in 1926. Since then, we have been linked to Germania and its importance to our communities.

Our agency is well managed today by professionals, having spent decades in the insurance and financial services. Rodney Kroll, Gayla Morrison, Brian Aycock, and Connie Easley are helping our members daily with their insurance needs.
